ISMAIL Group is all set to emerge as one of the largest players in the hospitality segment in Jammu. Besides its flagship venture, The Sun City Farms opened at Airport Road, Miran Sahib Bazar,  RS Pura Highway.

The Group has acquired the various Hotel properties The construction of a 120 keys, budget hotel with a built up area of 1,00,000 sq ft is in progress. The property will have basic facilities like an all day multi - cuisine restaurant, bar, fitness centre, few meeting rooms and guest rooms of different combinations. 

ISMAIL Group is also developing a business cum luxury Restraurent cum Bar including Disco close to the Airport with 200 rooms in Jammu. This will be managed by a very reputed International chain.

Additionally, land has been acquired in various cities with plans of setting up hotels and resorts managed by renowned International players in the respective categories.
